Support Terms
These terms apply to contributions made through Symposya support options (Funding Member and Supporter).
1. Support options
- Funding Member (€50, taxes included): early-access updates, public acknowledgment (unless you opt out), and 1 year of premium access once Symposya is live.
- Supporter (€20, taxes included): public acknowledgment (unless you opt out).
Support options fund Phase 1 MVP development and infrastructure.
2. Payments and provider
Payments are processed by Stripe. Symposya does not store full payment card details.
Stripe terms and policies apply to checkout and payment processing on Stripe domains.
3. Waiting list and supporter updates
By completing payment, you agree to receive launch and supporter updates by email. Depending on the support flow, your checkout email may be added to the Symposya waiting list/supporter update list.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting marco@symposya.com.
4. Delivery timing
Symposya is currently in development. Benefits tied to launch (such as premium access) are delivered when the relevant product features become available.
No specific launch date is guaranteed.
5. Refunds and statutory rights
If you believe a payment was made in error (for example duplicate charge or technical issue), contact marco@symposya.com within 14 days and include payment details.
Symposya will review refund requests in good faith, without limiting mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
6. Public acknowledgment
Where acknowledgment is included, Symposya may display your name or chosen public identifier. You can opt out at any time by contacting marco@symposya.com.
7. Changes to support terms
Symposya may update these terms over time. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
